Plumbing, done properly.
From the founder

Dear neighbour, we'll be there.

For 38 years we've answered the phone the same way: a licensed plumber picks up, day or night, and someone is on their way before you hang up.

No call centres, no subcontractors, no overtime fees. Just our own crew, upfront prices and a 2-year guarantee on everything we touch.

The 2 a.m. fix.

A corroded joint, a flooded kitchen and five hours of one night, told as it happened.

2:14a.m.

The drip becomes a puddle.

It starts the way it always does: a soft ticking under the kitchen sink. By the time Jenna opens the cabinet, a corroded copper joint has given up and water is spreading across the floor.

She calls the number on the fridge magnet. A licensed plumber answers on the second ring and walks her to the main shut-off valve before he's even asked for her address.

Headlights in the rain.

Mike pulls up in van 04 seventeen minutes after the call, with a stocked shelf of fittings, a moisture meter and a torch kit. Shoe covers go on at the door.

Cut out, soldered, tested.

The failed section is cut out and replaced with heavier type-L copper. Flux, flame, a bead of solder around each fitting, then a pressure test to 100 psi before the water goes back on.

Coffee, and dry floors.

By breakfast the kitchen is dry, the cabinet floor is replaced and the invoice matches the price quoted at 2 a.m., to the dollar. The repair is guaranteed for two years.

Nine days, one bathroom.

Strangest call in 38 years?
A wedding ring down a drain, ten minutes before the ceremony. We got it back with four minutes to spare.
Best advice for homeowners?
Know where your main shut-off is. It's the cheapest plumbing lesson you'll ever get.

Repipes & remodels
Favourite job?
Whole-home repipes. One weekend, and decades of rusty galvanized pipe are gone for good.
What do people not expect?
How little mess there is. We open small holes, not whole walls.

Why the camera?
So you see exactly what's down there before you spend a dollar. No guessing, no upsell.
Number one drain killer?
Grease and "flushable" wipes. They're not.
